- Digital delivery is typically immediate and cannot be reversed once completed.
No-Refund Policy
- Once delivery has occurred, the transaction is final.
- After successful delivery, refunds and cancellations are not provided.
- This includes requests based on incompatibility, account bans, dissatisfaction, user error, misunderstanding, updates, technical issues, outside interference, or lack of knowledge.
Sole Exception
- A refund may only be considered if delivery did not occur at all.
- Order logs, system logs, and server records are treated as the final proof of delivery status.
- If those records confirm delivery, no refund will be issued.
Chargebacks and Abuse
- Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be fully contested.
- The seller may seek recovery of lost funds, fees, and related costs arising from abusive chargebacks.
- Accounts associated with payment abuse may be permanently restricted.
